Correct operation and maintenance of automatic filling machine

Automatic filling machine is often used for liquid drunkenness, such as: milk, beer, etc., is a mechanical equipment commonly used in industry. Only according to the correct operation of the filling machine process, in order to safe production.

Operation method


1. Check before use: Before starting the machine, ensure that the power plug of the filling machine is connected to the 380V power supply and the grounding cable of the machine chassis. Ensure that the pressure of the filling machine is 0.05~0.07Mpa. Check whether the motor and bearing need to be lubricated. It is strictly prohibited to run without oil. At the same time, observe whether there is a material chain plate on all liquid storage tanks or whether there is a debris storage cap on the conveyor belt or whether there is a bottle cap in the track. Whether there is a water supply, power supply and air source on all liquid storage tanks or whether there is a material chain plate or not stuck on the conveyor belt or whether there is a debris storage cap in the track or not. After the operation of each part is stable, it can be used normally.


2. Check whether the safety facilities function properly. Make sure that the valve of the reaction tank and the pipeline of the filter device are tightly connected, the filter cloth of the filter device is intact and not broken, and the lid is covered with the tightening bolt to ensure that there is no leakage under the packaging pressure. Check all the connection lines related to the filling machine to ensure that there is no breakage or short circuit and other faults.


3. Before starting, carefully check whether all water tanks have water, whether the chain plate is stuck, whether there is debris on the conveyor belt, whether there is a bottle cap in the storage box, whether the water source, power supply, and air source are connected, when all conditions are ready, then close the main power QF, the power indicator is on, the fault indicator and the emergency stop indicator are not on, then the starting conditions are met. Press the start button on the control box and the start switch at the filling place, after the buzzer three early warning, the whole machine starts to run, into the external washing, flushing, filling automatic working mode, the stop button can be pressed at the filling place and the control box, the main power supply should be turned off after the stop.


Second, the use of safety rules


1. No foreign matter (such as tools, rags, etc.) in the filling machine;


2. Those with long hair should wear a hair mask;


3. All protective materials should be safe and reliable, and it is strictly prohibited to wear clothes that may be caught by moving parts (such as scarves, bracelets, watches, etc.);


4. The filling machine is not allowed to have abnormal ringing, if there should be immediate shutdown, check the cause;


5. Do not clean the electrical unit with water and other liquids;


6. Wear work clothes, gloves, glasses, etc., to prevent strong acid and alkali corrosion when cleaning;


7. When the machine is running, someone must monitor it and do not use tools or other objects to approach the machine;


8. Do not allow personnel unrelated to the operation to approach the equipment.


Third, maintenance and maintenance


1. Regular inspection and maintenance: pneumatic components such as cylinders, solenoid valves, speed regulating valves and electrical parts should be checked monthly. Check method can be manually adjusted to check the quality and reliability of the operation, the cylinder is mainly checked whether the leakage and stuck phenomenon, the solenoid valve can be manually forced to determine whether the electromagnetic coil burned and valve blocked, the electrical part may be checked against the input and output signal indicator light, such as checking whether the switch component is damaged, whether the line is broken, whether the output component is working normally.


2. Daily maintenance precautions: whether the motor runs normally, whether the installation environment is normal, whether the cooling system is abnormal, whether there is abnormal vibration and abnormal sound; Abnormal overheating, discoloration.




1. The motor and housing must be grounded, and the neutral line and ground line must be separated;


2. The power supply line of the machine must be introduced through the leakage switch;


3. Pneumatic three components require special pneumatic lubricating oil to extend the service life of the cylinder;


4. The water pump is strictly prohibited from working without water, and pay attention to adding water to the alkali tank and disinfection tank during operation, while ensuring the supply of cleaning water.


Equipment cleaning requirements


1. Clean the spouts, pipes, conveyor belts and water tanks of the filling machine before and after work every day.


2. Clean and disinfect the filling equipment and pipes with disinfectant water (100PPm chlorine content) regularly every week, and then rinse the equipment with process water.


3. The operator shall record and save the disinfection and cleaning process.
